If I wasn't a big fan of this noodle dish already, I'd easily convert here. It's inviting, authentic and easy to believe I've crossed the Pacific.
AAA Inspector Notes
If you've ever been to Japan, you know ramen houses can vary from mom-and-pops with a few stools at a bar, to large commercial chains with uniformed staff and robotic execution. This is neither. Warm light bounces off the natural wood tones and the decorative touches provide an authentic feel; an escape from the surrounding suburbia. The experienced diner will find an extensive menu, but the tonkotsu is a good pick for the uninitiated. Customize it with some toppings and let the slurping begin.
