This joint is a newer player on the scene, but it already has a strong following, and one foot in to the small, nondescript building reveals why. The telling smell of smoked meats and a friendly welcome from the staff come first. Then you choose from a menu of items like ribs, brisket and chicken. This is not the type of place where most guests eat the 'cue with sauce, but they've got a homemade, organic, beer-based finger-licker if you do. Add some of their skillet taters and you're set.
