Cons: I found a spider in one of the beds, not such a big deal we took are of it. The next day our check out was at noon we had the lady from housekeeping knocking at 9 in the morning trying to clean the room

Great room, but no bar.
Pros: The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.
Cons: When I researched the web site for this hotel, it stated that it had a bar which is the big reason I selected this hotel. I wanted to be able to enjoy some adult beverages without having to get out on the road. When I arrived at the hotel after sightseeing, I was ready for an adult beverage, but there was no bar. They did sell beer at the snack room, but no bar. I was disappointed about this. Other than this, our room was excellent.

All in all our stay...
Pros: The bed was fantastic, best sleep my daughter and I have had in a long time. And my daughter loved the coffee
Cons: The air conditioning did not work in the first room even after maintenance fixed it. Also, a roach was found in the first and second rooms we were in.

Cons: When i arrived the lady that helped us didnt even give us the code for internet. Later that day she was busy talking to a male friend and i askes her for a foam cup to get water in lobby. She gave it to me and returned speaking with her friend. Her friend even commented she botheref you for a that loud enough for me to hear. She was most rude and un pleasant. When i checked out i had to ask her for reciept. Overall bad service
