Cons: The shower
Okay not fabulous, Blair was...
Pros: The bed was nice and comfortable
Cons: No complimentary breakfast and the hallways were extremely stuffy and hot ice maker wasn't working on our floor! The door in our room (main door)had a gap big enough to see outside in hallway and our bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way for privacy and there was a plastic knife behind the furniture left behind by housekeeping and the next room moved to had a blood stain on the bathroom ceiling , disgusting makes me wonder what kind of establishment this will end up being!
Pros: Neat . Great staff
Very nice room and great...
Pros: Clean room, friendly staff, nice to have food onsite.
Cons: That there were acreaming kids at the pool late in the evening. Nice that its by the highway but that made it a little noisy.
Nice Convenient Place To Lay...
Pros: It was fairly close to my customers location, only a 5 minute drive. Friendly, caring staff.
Cons: Had a bit of a problem with getting a good meal in the evenings from the Bistro. Did not get what I actually ordered, and what I did get was mostly overcooked and dry.
Pros: best night's sleep I had in a hotel in a long time.
Cons: The first night the TV wouldn't shut off. The next morning the hair dryer's prongs were bent and not able to use. Told staff about TV and they said it would get fixed that day. when we returned that night the TV would not work. Called the main desk and was told they couldn't fix it and were moving us to a new room. We had already taken baths and were ready for bed. We told them we would move in the morning. That night the air con never got below 78 degrees and it was set at 74. It ran all night. The next morning when my husband took his shower he couldn't get hot water because the handle in shower was loose. We have stayed many times in Midlothian but this was the first time we stayed at this hotel. We stayed here because we were helping our daughter move and it was closer. So at the end of the day we were hot and tired. The last thing we wanted was to come back to this mess.We did get a different room but with all these issues I would probably not stay any of your hotels. For a newer hotel this was the pits.We go Midlothian 2 to 3 times a year and stay from 7 to 10 days each time. We will be looking for another place to stay next time
family with older children
Pros: Very clean and safe environment off the beaten path.
Cons: Majority of staff were very pleasant. Only one at checkout that didn't seem like she wanted to be there.
family with young children
Poor amenities and unknowlegable staff
Cons: Shower, lack of customer service, lack of breakfast provided, not near any restaurants
We will go back for...
Cons: Shower opening too large. Too much water ends up on bathroom floor. Off ramp from 278 highway no clear.
I can stay at a...
Pros: I did like the interior design and openness of the lobby area.
Cons: Kind of hard to get to, the signs are confusing. No complimentary breakfast of any kind offered. I can stay at hotel for half the price and at least get cereal and a hot waffle. Highly disappointed, WILL NOT BE BACK, NOR RECOMMEND! THUMBS DOWN!
