Cons: The room I was in had a lot of issues-- the toilet kept running after flushing it and I had to remove the lid of the tank and manually make it stop; the towel rack fell off the wall in my hand; there was no hair dryer in my room (should have been wall mounted) and they could not find me a replacement until the next night-- good thing I was traveling with a co-worker who let me come to her room to dry my hair.

Cons: Our vehicle was damaged whilst we were here- apparently by some sort of saw. When we arrived there was a workman's vehicle parked directly behind us. The next morning it was gone.i asked the desk to review the security footage for me and they claimed Noone had left the area at all. I didn't push the issue any further as they became a bit testy about it but I do believe they covered for someone as they told me they have lots of construction workers there with saws on their vehicles. This was confirmed with other guests.

Pros: Staff member worked to correct billing for rooms we cancelled through them instead of online.
Cons: The book in our room said breakfast was served until 10am, but when my husband went down at 9:30 everything was put away. Staff member said book should have been changed, but that didn't help. Breakfast was to be included in the price of the room.

Pros: This hotel was packed the weekend we were there but the staff handled this very well and the property was maintained in very good shape.
