Inspector Pick (Family friendly): My favorite activity here is everything! I can't possibly get bored here with so many options for fun.
Enjoy the abundance of space at this sprawling, family-friendly property. Rooms have a separate living area and bathrooms have upscale soaking tubs where you can relax and melt away stress. The on-site spa is a luxurious treat for guests and a lazy river separating the main pool from the kids' splash area and waterslide are a draw for all ages. The resort also makes good use of its lakefront location. The large and recently updated rooms in the main tower are the place to stay as they have a very modern boutique style and most have views of the lake. Smoke free premises. 445 units, some two bedrooms and cottages. 20 stories, interior/exterior corridors. Accessibility (Call).

Traveling as Couple
Pros: The spacious room and view from the balcony were nice. Front desk accommodated us for early check-in. The blind piano player in the piano bar was amazing. He can play just about any song just by hearing it once. Pool and hot tub were nice.
Cons: Food was mediocre and service was far below what you would expect for a "resort." Staff was nice enough, but not really service oriented. The food at "157" was tough, dry and bland. They ran out of syrup at breakfast. $25 daily resort fee for pool/WIFI.

Pros: The infinity pool was amazing. We never felt crowded there. The adult area hot tub was one of the largest I have seen at a resort but it was dirty.
Cons: Front staff was inexperienced with no knowledge of the property facilities & our information was inaccurate and never corrected Pool service was awful inexperienced, Slow & inaccurate. Understaffing is a deal breaker!!

Family with Young Children
Pros: The site was beautiful, the staff was so accomidating , the room was spacious
Cons: When you looked out of the only room window it was right next to the air ducts so my view was horrible. We could not even enjoy sitting out on the balcony. It took forever to get an elevator up or down.
