Pros: clean and comfortable room
Cons: The hotels pool was closed and we were not notified prior to check in. We wanted a hotel with a pool and did not get that

The stay was great but,...
Pros: The bed I slept on was very comfortable, the room was cleaned and the breakfast was great!
Cons: The service was terrible! I called several times prior to the cancellation date about hidden fees, and incidental fees, and the three calls I made to the facility, I was informed that as long that I paid in cash, there will be no incidental fees. I informed the woman about my calls on the night of June 30th at 10 pm or so during our check in and I told her to leave my bank account alone, that I have cash to pay for two rooms and what does she do, she took $150.59 out of my bank account. This amount has not been returned yet. I am very disappointed about this action taken by the night desk clerk on my account, she did not honor my specific verbal request! She did not even tell me at the time of check in that she was charging me for other fees besides the hotel cost, I had to find out through my bank the following morning. The next morning, I spoke with a Heather and she said she took care of it, but the money still hasn't been returned to my account as of today, July 4th. Heather indicated that the money was probably taken out by booking.com but, my bank indicated Hampton Inn as the entity that took out my money. I wish the Inn hire better and honest individuals in the near future so others will not be put in a situation like me. This traveler from out of state is now not trusting other hotels.

Hotel represented by hilton does...
Pros: The looks from the website basically it! All we saw was field n walmartyay exciting not!
Cons: Room had frig wall plug pulled out / fire hazzard, stocking in bedsheets (that was not ours), trash in drawers, dominos pizza exras all indrawers, fold out couch had trash in it, ac vents had drier sheets inthem, got moved was suppose to have room compt due to finally gm showingan hr after a call from me with complaints ("bc managers dont workweekends no matter what! (Um yes they do Im a manager)) moved roomesfound molded key lime pie in frig, & the tv would not working...After trying to get ahold of gm again desk clerk (that was extremelyflirty with every guy / def not acceptable) sent her "supposeto be bf" up no solution even after we traded batteries withseveral rooms & he brought up new ones, still nothing!!! So gotmoved to smaller room so we could get sleep & be on our way the nexyday ... still no refund on my card & they have my card into negative... another reason I called Brandon bc they locked my credit card...Trash over flowing by door from 230 pm sat n was worse sunday when weleft at 2pm & front desk girl sunday was extremely rude!!!! Sherefused to give use the documents saying everything & said they didnot have to give them to me! (Um yea I need my documents he said theywould provide at check out) & she got very loud when I asked aboutlemon tea package (I had gotten a packaged the night before) extremelyrude ppl & still waiting for Heather to call me (she's supposeto be the manager!)

Comfortable hotel and was a...
Pros: Location and getting what I expect from a Hampton as for as room size, bedding and comfort. The television service was outstanding. Television allowed me to pull up a guide and forego the channel to channel surfing required every 30 minutes as is the case with most hotels.
Cons: The staff was very unprofessional. Abandoned the front desk for the long walk to the mailbox with an assistant as I was trying to check out. Desk person on the phone when I arrived. Have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and this has been common.
