Even as a 2 Diamond, I always look forward to their food and truly knowledgebale staff. It's the first place I eat at when I am back on this island.

Elevated cuisine takes on a new meaning at this dining room perched on stilts near the Gulf Coast. The focus is on seafood, including charbroiled oysters, shrimp ceviche and a variety of po'boys. I really enjoyed the citrus grouper. It's Texas, so even the kids' portions are large.
