Cons: I would have rated this hotel higher but the housekeeper took my pillowcases from three pillows that we brought with us, one of which was a silk pillowcase. The manager offered me three new pillowcases which I declined. He should have reduced my bill to compensate for the pillowcases, especially the silk one as they are expensive. None of my pillowcases matched the hotel's pillowcases.
Pros: Friendly staff. Furnishings were updated and inviting. Nice hotel :)
Cons: No problems

Pros: Room was clean and looked updated recently. The one guy at the front desk who helped me was very friendly.
Pros: Asked to change rooms due to high school students staying around our room and visiting in the hall and the staff moved us to another room which was perfect. We slept very well.
Cons: It was not the fault of the hotel that there was construction on the frontage road and finding our way in was a challenge. Once we discovered the street behind the hotel the construction was avoided.
Pros: The room was spacious and very clean
Cons: Elevator was dirty
Pros: Lovely, freshly decorated room. Very comfortable. Very good internet connection and also business centre.
Cons: Water in spa was quite cold which was disappointing as we had been looking forward to a hot spa.

Pros: I came to visit a relative in a nursing care facility in Richmound, Tx. The La Quinta was close and we decided to book reservations .
