Pros: The breakfast was great everything was fresh and great selection! The beds were the best part of the stay we are older and it's very important to have a bed that's comfortable.
The staff was great, very friendly & helpful.
Cons: The blow dryer didn't work! Was noisy until about 1am then seemed to quiet down. Didn't like the area! But we did not have any problems. Picked this hotel because it's very close to lackland AFB. I Would stay again if needed.

Pros: Very nice people. I liked breakfast, especially oatmeal. Eggs were only ok. Room was very nice, I was in handicapped room. I would have liked a shelf to put toiletries. Shower was great. Bed was comfortable. Enjoyed cookies and decalf in the evening! It was SO close to the Air Force base which was great!
Cons: Area looked to be light industrial. I wasn't inclined to walk around.

Pros: From check in to check out the staff could not have been more kind or more helpful. Front desk attendant Steve was the best conseiur I have ever encountered. The breakfast attendant was very helpful as was the housekeeper and laundry attendant. Best customer service I have experienced in years.

Cons: Everything, customer service was horrible, I arrived at 1am in themorning and was told my room of two beds was not available, they onlyhad a king bed and I was traveling with a friend, after I insisted on adouble bed they said I could go to another hotel through booking. Com asI started to call them they said oh we have a room with two beds let mecheck he told us room is available but it has a stuffy smell, well wewent in the room and it smelled like someone dies in it! We sprayed awhole can of air freshener just to sleep in it but called the front deskto ask for a different room , he said he wasn't sure he could get usa different room the next day. Well I called booking. Com to complainand see about a different room or hotel they called and emailed theproperty! And the next morning I had a two bed room. Upon check out Iasked for my triple a discount and he says since it was third party at adiscount rate I couldn't get it , I travel all over the world and Ihave always gotten my triple a with my booking.com. Do not go here theycould care less about customer service there was a long pice of hair inmy friends bed in the covers that they say were supposed to be clean!

Pros: Very nice and clean facility. The front my desk staff was amazing. The dining room staff was hit and miss.
Cons: The dining staff was hit and miss. One day the attendant was helpful and brought more food to refill even when it was close to the end of the breakfast meal. The next day's attendant was more involved with their cell phone than the customers that were picking through scraps. We arrived with an hour left in the breakfast service to have two of the three hot items empty with no replenishment ever coming. Very upsetting and sad second day.

Pros: Location was convenient since we we're in San Antonio for an Air Force graduation...only minutes away from Lackland AFB.
Cons: Access to the management could've been much better. On our 3rd nights stay our vehicle was broken into while parked literally in front of the hotel. The facility had cameras but were pointed in a direction that made no sense making them useless. In addition to that no members of management were available to review anything related to the incident.

Cons: The toilet did not flush, you had to flush it several times. Housekeeping came by multiple times a day, to clean, then to bring linens, then to ask if anything else was needed, which was nice but we were woke up from hard earned naps several times.

Pros: Buffet was excellent every day of our stay. Something for any diet from Belgian waffles to hash browns. Served elegantly, all items fresh, hot or cold as expected. I sought out the chef to compliment him for such a lovely presentation! I have traveled extensively and told him that his was the overall BEST breakfast buffet I'd had in several years!
Cons: Site is great, no elevator was a surprise. In 4 day stay, we had 3 days with no housekeeping staff to clean our room. Ran out of facecloths, toilet tissue, had to empty trash cans myself.

Cons: I had some medication stolen from my room. I reported this to Management and to my knowledge, all they did was to meet with the housekeeping staff and tell them it would not be tolerated. I did not call the police and file a report, which I probably should have, but also felt I should have been offered some kind of compensation for this. Management did not offer me anything for my distress!!!!!
