Pros: The hotel staff were extremely friendly. When I first arrived we were greeted by Hotel Employee and she was just a sweet heart. Explained where everything was, What time breakfast was. She is an asset to your group. breakfast woman was great also.
Cons: They ran out of wash cloths the second day. Wish there were benches outside to just sit at night after a nice dip in the pool
Pros: The room was clean and modern. The location was nice for the price. It's a couple minutes drive from the riverwalk and Alamo, also walking distance to San Fernando cathedral.
Cons: Took me a while to check out. The receptionist was stuck with previous customer for over five minutes.
Pros: Super nice staff, luxury hotel at a great rate
Cons: It was a bit stuffy in the halls and there was a faint smell. Wasn't too bothersome but my wife noticed it.
Pros: The front desk clerk, particularly the man who had the morning shift was exceptionally courteous and helpful. Kudos
Cons: Nothing, except that it was a bit farther from the Convention Center than others. But, that turned out to be positive because it allowed me to get some exercise while I walked to and from the conference location.
Cons: The hallway or carpet was smelling bad it had a bad odor.

Nicely maintained, mid-range hotel with free guest parking about 10 minutes walk from the Riverwalk. Typical free "hot" breakfast, but no restaurant or room service. Very friendly, helpful front desk staff. Reasonable rates.
Pros: Free parking, comfortable beds, reasonable rates, proximity to Riverwalk.
Cons: Located in a lower-rent part of the city, which means you may be approached by locals begging for money when walking to local attractions, but we never felt unsafe.
