Pros:
Cons: I didn't think the charge for the resort fees were appropriate since we were only there from 10:00 pm to 8:45! Did not use any facilities , just thought the extra charge was a rip off!!

Pros: The pool was nice and relaxing. The grounds were beautiful especially at night when you can sit by the fireplaces, especially the fires coming out of the fountain areas. SMores for the kids were nice.
Cons: The staff at the pool weren't as attentive. We were a bit disappointed with the Easter egg hunt this year. We went about 3 or 4 years back and they had passed out Easter baskets for the kids & had the Easter bunny for pictures. This year it was lacking

Family with Young Children

Pros: I visited with my husband and son. I liked the multiple pools, with separate designations for adults and children. Self parking was easily accessible. It is a great location with breathtaking hill views. Decent restaurants. Customer service was good.
Cons: The bellhop took over thirty minutes to take our luggage down. The Kids' Club seemed to cater to young kids (maybe up to 8). Housekeeping could do a better job removing previous guests' items from the rooms and making sure that ALL toiletries were NEW!!!

Pros: The resort was beautiful.
Cons: The room I requested wasn't available upon check in. There were repairs going on the entire time with drilling-was very noisy. Both hot tubs outside were Luke warm at best. This was very disappointing considering the star rating of the resort.
