This San Antonio landmark looks very festive year-round. Photographs of longtime customers hang in the lobby of this Tex-Mex café, which opened in 1941. A three-dimensional clay mural covers one wall. Juicy fajitas are seasoned to perfection, and the sweet flan is coated with caramel.
