Pros: Louis in the breakfast room was one of the only high points of our stay. We also liked how close it was to the beach.
Cons: When we checked into our room there was mold on the wall in our bathroom, ants in the bathroom sink and tub as well as a dead cockroach on the floor.
We addressed the issue with the front desk, staff came to fix the issue promptly. We were told that a manager would call us to follow up... we never received that call.
We checked in on a Thursday evening, we didn't get any kind of housekeeping service until Sunday when we asked for a change of towels. I worked in the hospitality industry for 4 years, we never considered a room as cleaned by just making the bed, taking out the trash and changing the towels. When we checked in we had 3 bath towels, 2 wash cloths, and a bath mat (no hand towels). Sunday after they came into our room we had 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, no bath mat and no wash cloths.
Our stay was a week long, our sheets were never changed and we gave no indication that we did not want them changed.

Cons: I have stayed at other Ramada hotels and they offer a wider variety for breakfast such as eggs and yogurt. It would have been nice to have that as a choice. But it didn't detract from the enjoyment of my stay.

Cons: not enough towels in the room on arrival, on asking for more, had to go to the office to get them myself; noise level on weekend as our room was near the pool, wish staff had mentioned this to us; noise level being on first floor - wish we'd thought of this!! Free breakfast was minimal - while the waffle was very good, we usually prefer protein for breakfast, no eggs or bacon, went to a restaurant the other days.

Pros: Luis the guy in the breakfast line was so awesome seriously if it wasn't for him the staff rating would be much lower! He recommended things to do and gave suggestions of were to go based on what we told him we were looking for. Breakfast itself is standard but fair for the price and the rooms were clean and easy to adjust the temperature. One more thing we tried the lunch cafe that he hotel runs from 12-4 and it was really great tasting Mexican food for a really great price I would really recommend eating there for lunch at least once. The beach access was great to have as it's less crowded than the main beach and cleaner in my opinion it's also a plus that it's free since the main beach has a $10 entrance fee.
Cons: Our safe broke after using it one time, and the jacuzzi in our room only poured warm water not hot. Also there was construction going on one side of the hotel so parking was blocked off which made us park a few spots down from our room. Aside from these few inconveniences we had a good stay.

Pros: The proximity to the beach was great. For those who have complained about the narrowness of the walkway, use your head: the property lines in this area are very close. I think the hotel has done the very best it could to create a private walkway to the beach.
Cons: Rooms could use some updating. Exterior of facility maintenance not the greatest, but overall a good value for the price.

Cons: 1) The clerk made a xerox copy of my credit card to keep in a drawer behind the desk. My credit card company immediately canceled the card.
2) The knob fell off of the sink the first time we tried to turn on the water.
3) The cover fell off of the A/C unit when a towel was placed on it.
4) The refrigerator made a high-pitched whine all night, and made it quite difficult to sleep.
5) The hotel advertises itself as having private beach access. In fact, at the back of the property, there is a narrow walkway (one person at a time) that leads to a road. After crossing that road, I came to a public walkway to the beach.

Pros: The staff was amazingly friendly and more than accommodating. The gentlemen running the breakfast service were fantastic and incredibly friendly. It was a little bit of a trek to the beach, but it was nice not to have to cross any streets. Will come back.
Cons: The rooms need updating, especially if they are going to be rated a 3* hotel. The rooms were fine, but the bathroom had rusty fixtures, a non working fan, and the beds were uncomfortable at best. Overall, it was not a bad room, just not a 3* room.

Pros: While the staff couldn't refund a canceled reservation they were accommodating otherwise.
Cons: Our room was not clean, the bed sheets were stained. Upon our arrival the room was very warm, while the staff was willing to change out our AC they left a mess all of the floor. The bathrooms were not well maintained. Overall very gross and uninviting.
