Pros: I love the location. It was in the center of different shopping options and food opportunities. Also the room was nice, clean & upgraded. LOVE LOVE LOVE!
Cons: I didn't like the options of hot foods for breakfast. Most of it was cold items.

Pros: Clean, nicely decorated. Staff friendly and helpful.
Cons: Beds were too firm for my back. I ended up sleeping on the sofa. Wife was ok with the bed, though.

Good
Pros: Staff was great and professional. Hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was very good.
Cons: My first ground floor room (105) had the air conditioner compressor units for the common areas (halls etc) for the whole hotel outside of the two large room windows and it was cycling on and off every 2 to three minutes. It was like have a diesel truck start up and run for a minute or two every five minutes inside the room. It was two feet away from the windows of the room (code violation) and the disconnect for it was falling off the building (code violation) and was not accessible with 36 inches space in front of it (code violation). Even with ear plugs it was impossible to sleep as this thing sounded like a horse kicking the side of my room each time it came on, and as it ran one of the loose sheet metal panels rattled like a tin barn in a hurricane. After finding it impossible to sleep I went to the front desk at 1:30 am I was given a different room, which was great, but since I had to get up at 5 am I got 2 and a half hours of sleep before I spent the day in an IRS audit. I learned a new lessen when getting a room, check for noisy equipment outside of the room. The lovely kind clerks said "No One ever complained before". hahahaha, no way, no one could sleep through that racket, otherwise they were great.
