Pros:
Cons: 1st room did not have a functioning bathroom light. The 2nd room had a broken chair. The place is nice enough, it just needs a good inspection of the entire hotel and the deficencies corrected.

Pros: Beds were very comfy, AC was great, room was very clean, hotel property was very well maintained and clean. Breakfast was okay, lots of options but 1 little waffle maker wasn't enough to keep up with the crowd it was a little overworked and wasn't cooking waffles all the way. After a very difficult check in it was an overall very pleasant stay.
Cons: Upon check in the front desk staff was completely unaware of the laws regarding service animals & at first refused to check us in because they did not allow "pets" on property. (Service animals are not considered "pets") We tried several times & ways to explain the law that applies to service animals & after an hour of the front desk clerk talking to the property mgr, the property mgr contacting the corporate ofc or something & someone along the way finally consulting the official ADA.gov documentation we'd been trying to get the front desk clerks to read since we walked in, we begrudgingly finally got checked in over an hour later. This ordeal caused a great deal of stress & anxiety during our check in especially since I even specifically stated on my reservation that I would be traveling with my service dog so I could a avoid this type of thing. I hope this property gets some official training on how to handle this type of situation in the future. They asked every illegal question that could be asked about my disability and my dog. They all really need to be properly educated on what service animals are and where they are allowed and what they as a public business are allowed to ask the person with the disability. Otherwise anyone else could easily sue them because of the same things they asked me.

Pros: The location was great! Very quiet area.
Cons: I didn't like the fact that the cleaning lady didn't clean our room the 1st night nor did she leave clean towels. When I return to the room at almost 11:00pm I had to call for towels then I had to go get them because the front desk staff was checking another guest in.
