Pros: The staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, too.
Cons: Not a 3-star! 2.5 okay, but doesn't compare w 3-star hotels in area; for cleanliness, amenities, quality, and more. The bathrooms are weird; the toilets would barely flush (even on the 7th floor), and there was no actual glassware in the entire hotel.
