Pros: Very clean property. Great location. Price was very fair.
Cons: The hallway smelled strongly of cigarettes, despite being non-smoking. The tv was temperamental - had to unplug and plug it back in to get it to work. Once it was on, it was fine!
The furniture and decor is very nice. Makes you very comfortable.
Pros: The hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff and the hotel as a whole was very nice.
I booked this hotel for the comicon that was held in the hotel next door and was very grateful I did. In fact, I felt the hotel next door, though supposedly higher class, their rooms weren't as nice as the Best Western. I was totally happy with my stay.
Pros: It was better than I expected.
Cons: The hallways smelt strongly of cig smoke from the smoking rooms sharing the same hall as the nonsmoking rooms. And though they never kept me waiting, the staff manning the front was never showing, they were always around the corner.
Pros: The breakfast was nice. The room and public areas were clean. It worked for what we needed at the time.
Cons: The person behind the reservation desk wasn't friendly, not too helpful and didn't really show she wanted to help. Room needed to be updated. Would we stay there again? Not sure.
Pros: Very nice hotel and friendly staff. I arrived late and was greeted by hotel employee. He was very professional and explained everything that hotel had to offer. Breakfast was awesome, large variety. I will be staying here again for my next visit!
