Homemade sausage is made from a family recipe more than two centuries old and brought over from Europe. Old World butcher-shop fare like knockwurst, bratwurst and schnitzel make up the menu. After 50 years in the neighborhood it's safe to call Kuby's an institution, and it's clear it's loved by the locals. Dinner is served Friday and Saturday only.
