Pros: front desk and breakfast staff was very friendly
Cons: the ice bucket lid was dirty and sticky upon arrival...i left it separate in another room but it was just put back on the bucket still the same and dirty the next day

Pros: Location was good.
Cons: There were bugs in the tub, shower did not work and there were dirty diapers in the room. When we called the front desk and they finally got us another room (which in and of itself was inconvenient as we had already unpacked). The front desk clerk said she would talk to the manager and call us back and then never bothered to do so. Our new room had a large electrical plate in the bathroom on the wall that was hanging off, wires exposed. Later that night we wanted a drink and there ZERO vending machines in the whole hotel. We went to the front desk area where there is a small store. No clerk ever came out after waiting 10 minutes. Went back to the room and called front desk and clerk laughed and said she was in the back and to come back down. Went back down and had to wait another 5-10 minutes for her to come out. No remedy was ever offered for our problem until they slipped a bill under our door and we had to go down and ASK. They said no refund was possible so they gave is some points for another stay (not even enough for a decent room and no thanks). Horrible experience.
