Pros: Everything was to my liking.
Cons: N/A

Pros: Resort life cation was great. Currently under renovation and it needs it.
Cons: The hotel seems to price itself on nickel and diming it's guest. You pay all inclusive prices but there is a hidden fee at every turn and they are of no help to resolve issues. They love the dreaded cop out" I'm sorry you feel that way" line.

Pros: The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food was great! The entertainment i really enjoyed. The staff really made us felt at home.
Cons: I have one issue with a lady that works during late night snacks who needs to be retrained on customer service. Everytime my kids comes for their snacks, she gives them a hard time. I'm not going to call her name but she needs some more training.

Pros: swimming pools and beach are ok. Asian restaurant was good. All the rest is a disaster.
Cons: Terrible experience with this hotel and its service.Staff follow the minimum-effort law, service almost inexistent. We've reserved a room for 4 people in the level (2 double beds) that is a superior category and payed more than 1000$/night, one of the beds had the mattress base completaly broken and it was almost impossible to sleep, also mats were the worst quality possible. I had to sleep first night with somier broken and I notice this to the reception next morning but they didn't take any action with it. At night I said them that they did nothing and the only solution was to change me to a worst room far away from min (2 different elevators to go). I said that this was not acceptable at all, after 1 hour indignated with this matter, they were able to change somier in just 5 minuts at 10pm.Next day in the beach someone stole a sunglasses in the beach from our bag. There were security cameras there, and we talked with security staff but they said that they couldn't check cameras until the next day that we departure, so they never did nothing with this matter. Maybe those cameras were not working really because it is really difficult to find something that work well in the hotel. We asked complaint forms becauseit was unacceptable situation in lot of aspects, but they didn't facilited to us.Rooms had a bad smell, buffet food very bad too, the beach has a lot of chairs broken and difficult to find available ones (they should put more), and be prepared if you want to ask something to the staff (a coffe for example). It will take a lot of time, and sometimes nobody will go to attend you.Beach is not private because there are people that are not from the hotel and they will try to sell different things, my wife was disturbed by a man that was not from the hotel and she had to leave the beach to avoid the situation.I never would recommend this hotel unless someone wants to turn his holiday into an very expensive nightmare.

Pros: So many activities to do during our stay. The outside bar & beach amenities. The food was great. Great resort for couples & families with kids.
Cons: Although there were many restaurants, there were still no reservations available until our third night - *Thank god for the buffet.!! The room had cleanliness issues & a few items broken or damaged. The beach area was too small because the level section took up a lot of area forcing the regular guests to be On top of each other.
