Pros: Our room was awesome, the food was wonderful, the wait staff were so friendly and so accommodating. Love this Resort. Second time there. And the golf course is fabulous. Love your place
Cons: We found that a lot of the bathrooms on site did not have toilet paper or hand towels, and bath towels in our room needed to be asked for as opposed to restocking everyday. Also there were several bathrooms that were under repair the entire time we were there. We thought that your weekly planners should be left in the room on a weekly basis without us going to ask for them. Also a bathroom on the back nine of the golf course would be absolutely fabulous for the women.
Great place to recharge your...
Pros: The location (easy to get to, beautiful beach) and staff (warm, super helpful) are the two best aspects of this Sandals resort. As a place to restore your sanity after a tough winter, this place is tough to beat!
Cons: Needs a second heated pool.
It was the best vacation...
Pros: The people were so helpful and friendly!!!
Cons: Too many restrictions for restaurant availability. We went there to RELAX, not be on a schedule for meals. The in-room dining was very limited and of poor quality.
The staff were very rigid. They acted as if they were doing us a “favor” when we asked for hot sauce or any other minuscule item. Definitely not the service we are accustomed to.
One of the best holiday...
Pros: Extremely friendly and warm staff very very helpful.
Honestly can not fault anything. We had to leave few hours early because of hurricane threat and the Hotel Sandals kindly gave us free room and all the hospitality in their Nassau Airport Hotel which was very touching.
Pros: Excellent beach, superb pool and very very good restaurants.
Cons: The staff's attitude (laziness, no desire to help you and no iniciative). Not much possibilities for tourism (if you want to see something more, than take a sunbath in the hotel), despite the fact, that there are a lot of spectacular places.
A wonderful resort
Cons: The elevator went broken. And for three days has not been repaired.
Pros: New Stunning Location, Staff, different kind of restaurants, play sports...the BEST place to stay in Exuma
Terrible service, awful food, small...
Pros: The Japanese restaurant open in the evening was very good, and the French one not too bad.
Cons: The service was terrible.
Room service did not function and if it did it was hours late or they forgot essential items. It was almost impossible to get food and drinks delivered to the room.
The food served during the day was awful. It was hard to get a decent lunch that was not a soggy salad or bad burger. There were also people trying to save money on details e.g no sparkling water or sparkling wine available.
It was almost impossible to find cabanas and sunbeds on the beach.
Incredibly overpriced for you get, and rooms much smaller, older and worse than the neighbouring Grand Isle resort... for a tiny fraction of the price.
