Historic Mansker's Station Frontier Life Center

Historic Mansker's Station Frontier Life Center is off I-65 exit 97, .5 mi. e. to Caldwell Dr., then .5 mi. s. to Moss-Wright Park. On the site of the Frontier Life Center is the two-story 1787 Bowen Plantation House as well as a reconstructed log station and fort. Interpreters in period costumes perform daily activities of the time; hands-on participation is encouraged for families with children.

Guided tours are available. Time: Allow 1 hour, 30 minutes minimum.
