As the name suggests, the menu features 'flights' for your courses. A trio of dishes, plus a trio of wines to go with them, it's a great way to explore the menu. A popular choice is the 'feathered flight' with chicken breast, quail and duck breast. For dessert, the southern flight is a nice choice. Checkout the Sunday brunch and try the Bloody Mary.
