Classic. Patrons descend a flight of stairs to reach this vintage Memphis eatery, located in a back alley. The walls are lined with murals, old-time signs and other memorabilia. The friendly staff has been serving up their legendary charcoal-grilled dry-rubbed ribs since 1948. Slow-cooked beans and mustard-based coleslaw complete your hog-heaven dinner. Other mouth-watering options include a pork shoulder sandwich, beef brisket and barbecue nachos. Start off with the cheese and sausage plate.
