Chef Peter from Beijing brings his culinary talents to this rooftop restaurant with views of Port of Spain. The extensive menu ranges from sizzling fire pot dishes made with shrimp, beef and tofu to sesame fish, curried chicken and Mongolian-style beef. While the menu has a Polynesian flair, dishes from around Asia can be found including Chinese pot stickers, spicy scallops in chili sauce and seafood noodles.
