This sophisticated dining experience features a gourmet menu combining the best of culinary techniques and ingredients from the East and the West. Starters include a trilogy of foie gras and conch served four ways. For entrées, try a sampling of Berkshire pork, roasted organic chicken, red snapper and an extensive selection of fish including Atlantic salmon. Delightful presentations are offered by an attentive island staff. Live music is presented three nights a week.
