I enjoy being able to dine by candlelight under the stars on their elegant patio. It overlooks a tree lit courtyard that has a pretty water feature.

This sophisticated dining experience features a gourmet menu combining the best of global culinary techniques and ingredients. Starters include seared scallops and conch ceviche. For entrées, try the marinated pork tenderloin, pan fried sea bass with roasted sunchokes, braised lamb shank and herb-crusted Atlantic salmon. Delightful presentations are offered by an attentive island staff. Live music is presented three nights a week.
