Entry to this restaurant is through the hotel's marble-clad lobby but once inside you will step in to a cool and contemporary space with high ceilings and moody lighting. The adept staff delivers items such as the sea urchin shooter, tiradito, black cod with miso and shrimp spicy garlic. Even if known for their delicious seafood preparations, those that prefer land dwellers have option too, like the hot stone and tobanyaki. Last tip: this is not the place to skip dessert.
