Lone Star Flight Museum

Lone Star Flight Museum is at 11551 Aerospace Ave. at Ellington Airport. Home of the Texas Aviation Hall of Fame, the museum details the history of aviation through exhibits of more than 25 restored aircraft as well as aviation artifacts and memorabilia. The impressive collection includes a P-47 Thunderbolt, an F4U-5 Corsair, a B-25 Mitchell and a B-17 Flying Fortress. Flight experiences are offered aboard several aircraft.
