I love it when a place lives up to its name! This place is large, loud and full of classic Texas cuisine, but done with creativity and sophistication.
AAA Inspector Notes
Few states have an identity as strong as the Lone Star state and this place does its best to bring the lore to life. The cavernous space is filled with leather, rustic woods, toe-tapping music and a large selection of locally made beer, but it's the food that stands out. The menu, with ingredients sourced primarily from Texas, offers elk tacos, duck egg poutine, gulf oysters, flatbreads and steaks. The dining room provides a darker ambiance but the enclosed patio has great light.
