Anasazi State Park Museum is on SR 12. The park is the site of an Anasazi Indian village that may have been occupied A.D. 1160-1235. One hundred Ancestral Puebloan structures have been excavated; a self-guiding trail leads visitors through the site. A life-size six-room replica of an Anasazi dwelling depicts village life almost 800 years ago. The museum displays decorated ceramic artifacts that were found in the region.
Picnicking is permitted.
