Hill Aerospace Museum, e. of I-15 exit 338 on Hill Air Force Base, displays aircraft, missiles, engines, bombs and other weapons in more than 100 indoor and outdoor exhibits. More than 80 military aircraft, including a B-1 bomber, B-17 bomber, B-29 Superfortress, B-52 bomber, C-47 cargo plane, C-119 Flying Boxcar, HH-3 Jolly Green Giant helicopter and an SR71 Blackbird, are showcased. Changing films include the story of the recovery and restoration of a P-38 airplane that crashed in Alaska. Picnicking is permitted. Time: Allow 2 hours minimum.
