Pros: Location, reasonable size remodeled or new room good parking. Price reasonable this time.
Restaurant menu wasn't as good in the past. Took a long time to get a hamburger although restaurant had only one other customer.
Bartender was good.
Cons: restaurant could have been quicker. They no longer have the Monte Christo sandwich that I like.

Pros: Brian is fantastic at the front desk ... and is a star. Everyone loves him. He is very personable and so helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for him. He takes on responsibility until something is resolved. I love Brian. I remember him from last year because he is very memorable. It made me happy to see him again. He should be recognized for being so efficient. Also, this hotel is in the most perfect location for the Davis Conference Center.
Cons: House keeping and maintenance were bad, unfortunately. The bathroom was dirty. There was body hair in the bath, another long gray hair around the dirty taps on the sink. The sink was blocked and I couldn't get maintenance to bother unplugging it properly. The toilet had dark black lines around the bowl. It took several times of me requesting that someone clean it, before it was done. I think I was being too nice! The girl that cleaned it on the first request, said she only saw that it was yellow at the back of the bowl. She was embarrassed when I pointed out the black lines around the top of the bowl, that she missed. She was pleasant enough, but I can't understand how anyone could miss it. And, a toilet should be thoroughly cleaned after each customer leaves, after their stay.
