AAA Editor Notes
Thanksgiving Point is off I-15 exit 284 to Ashton Blvd. On the grounds of this more than 700-acre complex, a working dairy farm for close to a century, are extensive flower and vegetable gardens, a dinosaur museum, an interactive hands-on children’s museum, an animal farm, a family science center, a golf course designed by Hall of Fame golfer Johnny Miller, a farmers market, shops, restaurants, a megaplex theater and a 5,000-seat amphitheater.

Farm Country—a working farm that is home to chickens, cows, horses, llamas and peacocks—also has educational displays and offers pony and wagon rides. Themed displays in the 55-acre Ashton Gardens include a rose garden, Italian garden, butterfly garden, Monet garden, waterfall garden and fragrance garden. In spring, a Tulip Festival showcases the blooms of more than 250,000 imported tulips from Holland.
