Seasonal contemporary American and classical French-inspired dishes incorporate fresh regional ingredients that are either locally grown or from the restaurant's own gardens and greenhouses. The shrimp nachos, shepherd's pie and prosciutto-wrapped salmon are three favorites. Note that alcohol is not served.
