Served the purpose but had hoped for better experience.
Pros:
Cons: Pool area was dirty. Broken poolside furniture in a heap next to pool pump house. Also broken pieces around on patio (dangerous). No maintenance of pool patio area, tables had debris from prior occupants the next day. Hot tub cloudy and unsanitary! Needed better monitoring with the high usage by large bus groups at this hotel. The breakfast was minimal compared to other hotels in this category.

Moab is a town that services travelers to the parks in the area. This one is very close to Arches. So the location is great. The actual facility is old and shows its age. The carpets in particular are pretty dated and dirty. But the room met our needs. The hardwoods in the room were a good idea. There was plenty of space. It had a working fridge for keeping beverages cool. The beds were comfortable. And it was pretty quiet, except for the plumbing. The people on either side of us arose at 5:00 and once they started running water, we heard it loud and clear.
Pros: Location is very close to Arches.
Cons: The breakfast was a joke. The menu included toast and cold cereal. The day we were there, a large group of German tourists were all jammed into the tiny eating space. It was virtually impossible to do anything other than grab a coffee for the road.

Pros: Location to family.
Cons: get the top floor if you want some quiet, the people above us were noisey until 1130 every night.
