Cons: Took 50 min at 1:20am to get in a room. When we arrived there was a paper sign to check in at the chevron gas station. Only to find it dark and locked up. Finally a woman checked us in but the room keys didn't work. 50 min later

Cons: The toilets looked like they had not been cleaned. They were yellow from not scrubbing them. At first I thought it might be the water.
The restrooms in the lobby were disgusting.
The food in the restaurant was very bland with no taste. The prices were higher then the food should have been. The service was very slow and unattentive

Pros: Restaurant and front desk/lobby staff were friendly and efficient. Location was great wth service station as part of venue. Room was nicely appointed, beds and pillows very comfortable.
Cons: Shower and bathroom floor was not cleaned after last guest, so dirty and hair all over.

A great location for visiting...
Pros: This property is a great multi-day basecamp for trips to Zion, Bryce Canyon, Cedar Breaks, and even the Grand Canyon North Rim. Mt. Carmel Jct. is quiet, mostly absent the crush of tourist-targeting souvenir stands and commercial detritis that clogs the Springdale approach to Zion and the main road into Bryce Canyon.
Cons: The room was nicely furnished, but really, rea; stronglylly needed a microwave.
The attached Thunderbird Restaurant was disappointing in many ways; service, food quality, efficiency of payment; we strongly preferred the Golden Hills Restaurant across the highway.
Cons: No breakfast included in room rate; super slow wifi made it difficult to get my work done.

Pros: Room was a generous size. We used this hotel to visit both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. Otherwise, Mount Carmel Junction is really just a crossroad and we ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. Food was okay but the coconut cream pie was out of this world!

Pros: The hotel looks very western with wooden exterior and interior. In general it was quite clean and the stuff was very friendly.

Pros: Great location for Bryce Canyon and Zion national park. The room was big with a balcony overlooking the golf course. The pool was lovely.
Cons: No breakfast. Expensive but worth it. We tried to eat at the restaurant but the first night there was a big queue which didn't move despite there being empty tables. We went to the diner across the road instead. It had great food (cheaper than the restaurant) and also doubled as a bakery where we bought lunch supplies. We also had fantastic pancakes for breakfast there.
