Seasonal small-plate selections highlight the menu and may include crunchy polenta beneath tender short ribs braised low and slow in a cooler section of the wood-fired oven or wood-roasted Brussels sprouts with toasted hazelnuts, bacon and vinegar. A wide selection of ingredients is available as toppings on the thin-crust pizza. I chose the pomegranate panna cotta for a sweet finish.
