Pros: The balcony was nice.
Cons: The bathroom was not very clean and the Bed was terrible. We have stayed at the canyons many time and this is by far the worse lodge we have stayed at.

Pros: The view and location was spectacular.
Cons: The air conditioning was down when we arrived. We were told it would be up within a hour which would have been acceptable. However, the air conditioning system appeared to need replacement not easily fixable. The air never did come on. The first day was unbearable due to our fatigue in just having driven 1500 miles. We were not happy and were given an adjustment on the bill. However what could have been a great stay was unpleasant due to the lack of air conditioning and the staff 's lack of accurate information.
