I still dream of that perfect filet mignon matched only by the light and crispy cheese popovers. If only there was time for the Wagyu beef rib-eye!

This steakhouse has a hip, contemporary look. Food quality is top-notch; Japanese A5 Wagyu and Prime beef come from specialty purveyors, and seafood is flown in daily. A chef’s tasting menu is offered and there are vegetarian options as well. Entrées are à la carte, sides are generous and desserts decadent—and the cheese popovers are downright habit forming.
