Impeccable table settings, outstanding food presentations and the luxurious Austrian ambience make this one of my favorite dining experiences.

Experience authentic classics served in a charming and romantic Austrian setting. Menus typically feature a four cheese fondue, house charcuterie, cured meats and preserves and their signature pork schnitzel. Seasonal items might include steak tartare with horseradish foam, savory coq au vin, Utah steelhead trout and salmon Wellington. Decadent desserts include Bavarian apple strudel with goat cheese mousse and profiteroles with rhubarb ice cream.
