Classic. Since 1976 this restaurant has been serving juicy steaks, game and fresh seafood. The Western theme and rustic fireplace enhance the ambience. Popular menu selections include elk sirloin with lingonberry preserve, cedar-baked Idaho ruby trout, Alaskan halibut with a ginger sesame glaze and huge, slow-cooked baby-back pork ribs.
