The dining experience begins with amazing views from a funicular tram ride up the mountain to this Jean-Georges slope-side restaurant. The kitchen prepares seasonal creations such as ginger-marinated tuna tartare, charred corn ravioli in a basil fondue, lime juice and basil-roasted Maine lobster, melt-in-your-mouth glazed short ribs and black truffle pizza with fontina cheese. Their wine vault is impressive and the largest in Utah. Named after the altitude at the sophisticated communal table, highlights of the "7542 Bloody Mary" include wasabi foam and a black sea salt rim—in other words— order one. Decadent desserts may include macerated strawberries with poppy sorbet and meringue and crème fraîche cheesecake with roasted plum and lavender.
