This elegant lodge features a creative menu that includes Utah rack of lamb, Wagyu beef and Big Glory Bay king salmon. Seasonal items may consist of the seafood tower consisting of king crab, tiger shrimp, oysters, clams and raw tuna or roasted wild mushrooms with truffled smoke yam purée, all artistically presented. The chef also proposes a four course tasting menu experience. The pavlova is a fruity, sweet finish. Complimentary underground parking is available.
