Introverts can sit at a set table, while extroverts are welcome to join the communal table at this small, elegant eatery. Seasonal menu items may include Berkshire pork chop in persimmon sauce, pan-roasted salmon in a warm leek vinaigrette, gnocchi in a lemon-thyme cream, creamy farro and chanterelles, winter squash gratin or roasted root vegetables. It is hard not to stare at the desserts passing by such as French toast and sautéed apples topped with cinnamon whipped cream or my favorite, steamed maple pudding beneath local berries served with ice cream.
