Historic. Featuring seasonal mountain cuisine, the innovative menu might include bison short rib, the signature Tree Room peppered steak, elk loin with seasonal mushrooms and Wagyu beef cheeks. A small but mighty selection of creative salads is also available. Elegant desserts are thoughtfully presented. Native American and Old West artifacts decorate the restaurant's rustic interior. For those wondering, yes, there is a tree in the middle of the restaurant. Live music is offered on select Wednesday's. Children 12 and under are not permitted.
