AAA Editor Notes
Chase Home Museum of Utah Folk Arts is in the middle of Liberty Park. In a two-story, 1853 adobe Greek-Revival house, the museum showcases traditional folk art crafted by Utahns. Native art such as baskets, cradleboards and jewelry; ethnic pieces, including origami and piñatas; items that are occupational in nature, such as saddles and spurs; and handmade objects from rural areas, such as rugs and furniture help depict Utah's history and culture.
In addition to its exhibits, the museum also has a collection of recordings and photographs and presents concerts and dances in the park.
