AAA Editor Notes

St. Mark's Episcopal Cathedral is at 231 East 100 South. The small 1870 cathedral has thick native sandstone walls and heavy wooden roof trusses. Exquisite stained-glass windows by Louis Comfort Tiffany and painted glass creations by artist Charles Connick are highlights. The 1857 Mirrlees chamber organ, said to be the oldest pipe organ in Utah, was built in Glasgow, Scotland. An Opus 35 tracker organ with three manuals and 40 ranks was installed in 2011.
