Pros: Welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable staff. The location is easily accessible and convenient to city landmarks, restaurants, and the skyline train.
Cons: Though not affiliated with the hotel, the amount of homeless that live/roam around the hotel is a little off-putting if you try to walk the city.
