Pros: clean room, good location and sight seeing
Cons: 1. No matter how your tune it, air conditioner will always blow out cold wind, my travelling time is deep autumn, imagine how cold it is till I call the front desk. The answer is: We only provide cold wind to make the room cool; 2. Even turning off air conditioner, there is big noise in the fan area (>70dB). Trust me, I am not a sleep-sensitive person, but the frequency and rhythm makes me crazy. I call the front desk at 1:00 am and the answer is: We don't have engineer right now and we can do nothing. That night I only slept 2 hours; 3. Check in and out will take a long queue and a long time, so if you are hurry for departure, please prepare enough time; 4. Lots of airline staffs stay here, so if you are a travel, I will not recommend here;

Pros: Lobby & rooms are redecorated nicely with a youthful millenials urban theme. Rooms clean, fun toiletries in bathroom. This is an older property.
Cons: Extremely long wait (an hour) of 20+ people to check in. The 2 front desk employees computers were not working & running slow. No actual front desk - just 2 employees standing at their metal carts with computers. Front desk clerks hassled everyone about ID, credit cards, debit or cash payment. I even offered cash to get the check in faster & they said I'd have to pay $250 for cash (room was $99). Then my card finally went thru. Their front desk computers ran so slow, your credit info didn't appear to go thru, but then would (but employees treated you like you were being declined or untrustworthy, although I heard many say they have high card limits). These 2 employees were not very nice. Get a few more front desk employees to make check in easier! They charge $40, on top of your room charges for incidentals. My $40 incidentals charge hasn't been credited back to my card. I called hotel, they say it takes 3 days after check out to get your $40 credited back. Lots of airline employees, pilots checking in. Everyone checking in is crammed, lined up near the front door. No spacious lobby. After I got checked in a tour bus of Asian tourists arrived in this small area. Tub and showers are old. This urban area has a lot of vagrants & I felt unsafe leaving my car in parking lot. The hot tub isn't working. One of the elevators (#1) wasn't working, lights were off & I rode in the dark.

Cons: My room smelled like someone had been chainsmoking in it... all day... even when I wasn't there. The hotel's common areas seemed like they hadn't been cleaned recently...
mature couple
Cons: Bed had terrible sag. No chair. Bathroom door wouldn't close.
young couple
Pros: Nothing. The hotel was no better than average in any respect.
Cons: It to 30 minutes to check in. There were two people, computers went down, receptionist wasted time with outside calls. Air Conditioning did not work. Waited 45 minutes for help in 81F room. Told that the engineer had more important things to do. Eventually changed rooms.
